Email Problems

From: sileagle1 (sileagle@windstream.net) | Date: 2012-03-01 03:33:42 UTC
I just noticed that as of the end of January I am no longer receiving emails from LBNA (e.g. when letterboxers use the Contact The Placer). I see them on LBNA, but they are not being forwarded to my email. Is anyone else having this problem? I looked in my Spam folder and they are not there, so just wondering if it is a security thing with my email. Thanks.

I logged onto LbNA recently and noticed that I had mail there--some of which had been there for quite a while! It was sent through Contact the Placer. I wonder whether, with recent changes to LbNA, we now have to set something up in order for the forwarding to take place?

YES! I notified the webmasters a week or so ago, but they said they didn't
change anything. It's a bit frustrating...

Ok, just wanted to make sure I wasn't the only one. I guess we will have to get used to viewing email on LBNA instead of in our email accounts. The only down-side is you can't send attachments when you reply.

Choi is working on it. It sounds like he is on the trail...

I told him my Contact the Placer messages didn't go through to my email
inbox, but the messages I got from Texas Renegades' site inbox did go
through to my email inbox. I think he has spotted a programming difference
between the two email methods that will straighten things out.

Thanks for the update! I like to reply to those that send me a message
about one of my boxes, so I appreciate getting their messages directly in my
regular email rather than needing to check the website. That way I can
respond more promptly.
